Warm Kale & Salmonish™ Salad

Ingredients 

  • 1 salmonish patty pan fried 
  • 1 cup baby kale
  • 1 cup chopped romaine hearts
  • ¼ cup roasted eggplant, 
  • ¼ cup roasted tomato
  • 2 tbsp cooked garbanzo beans
  • 2 tbsp toasted walnuts
  • 4 slices of cara oranges charred on the plancha
  • 2 tbsp olive oil and the juice of the cara orange 

Instructions

In general keep frozen; cook from frozen.

Cook to 165F before serving.

Pan fry

Preheat a lightly oiled pan on medium-high heat.

Cook patty from frozen about 3 minutes on each side until patty reaches internal temperature of 165F.

Total cook time: About 6-8 minutes.

Grill

Preheat grill to medium-high heat; oil/season grill plates for best results.

Grill patty from frozen for about 3 minutes on each side until patty reaches an internal temperature of 165F.

Total cook time: About 6-8 minutes.

Air fryer

Air fry patty from frozen at 380F for 4 minutes on one side; flip and cook an additional 4 minutes until the patty reaches an internal temperature of 165F.

Total cook time: About 8-10 minutes
